Shipping
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase, though many orders go out sooner.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your order has been lost in transit, please reach out and we will do our best to help locate it.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your local post office. Unfortunately, we are generally not able to replace orders that are marked as delivered.
Returns & Replacements
All art prints are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, we want your artwork to arrive safely! If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the damage and packaging. We’ll gladly send a replacement print at no additional cost.
