My yoga teaching philosophy is rooted in creativity and self-love
In my classes, I infuse playful movement, creativity, and reflection, creating an empowering environment where we can find ease in challenges both on and off the mat. I emphasize the importance of mindfulness and community, knowing that they bring a sense of connection to our practice.
Workshops
The Creative Flow:
As an artist and yoga teacher, The Creative Flow is my signature workshop. It’s a 2-hour experience to encourage attendees to find their own creative flow state. We start with a guided Yoga Nidra session (minimal movement, deep relaxation, restful meditation.) This will calm the nervous system and set the mind up for a watercolor workshop, where attendees learn essential tips and techniques before creating their own paintings.
Art supplies are provided and no prior experience in yoga or art is needed for attendees. They leave feeling grounded and empowered, with valuable painting skills and several abstract creations to take home. This workshop is best as an intimate experience and typical capacity is 12-14 attendees.
The Journey:
Join me for an experience that’s as much about the inner journey as the outer practice.
True heroism lies in the quiet, everyday choices we make within personal journeys toward authenticity. In this all-levels vinyasa flow, we explore each phase of The Hero’s Journey through thoughtful breath work and asana. We end with a journaling session and circle share. As attendees deepen their connection to body and self, they gain new confidence, reflection, and an appreciation for the unique path they are on.
