About the Class
We’re bringing a fun, all-levels 60 min vinyasa flow to Da Vinci Art Alliance!
Expect sprinklings of breathwork and meditation, themes from both yogic texts and everyday life, and a chance to explore movement with creative sequencing that can be fun, challenging, and supportive.
Please bring your own mat and a water bottle. If you have any yoga props you love, please feel free to bring them. A small selection of supplies will be available to borrow, but these are first come, first serve.
Your Instructor
An artist to her core, Sarah infuses playful movement, creativity, and reflection into yoga practices. She believes there can be ease in challenges both off and on the mat when we find mindfulness and community.
